*Achievement is defined as the energy performance improvement of the facility over the noted number of years. The energy performance improvement is one minus the SEP 50001 Energy Performance Indicator (SEnPI) (or 100% minus the SEnPI expressed as a percent). The SEnPI is the ratio of reporting-period energy consumption to baseline period energy consumption where one or both of these values is adjusted so that the two consumption amounts correspond to consistent conditions.
